Tip: If you’ve invited an external participant puro be a guest speaker and you want onesto further limit their access to the congresso chat, you can schedule their presentation as the meeting’s last session. The incontro organizer or moderator can then schermo the participant list during the assemblea, and if the commentatore joins outside their allocated time, they can manually remove them.

Chat sopra channel meetings
For meetings that are held sopra per channel, all channel members can view and add esatto the chat conversation, whether they attend the riunione or not. The conversation will be available on the Posts tab of the channel, beneath the riunione title.

If you’re the organizer of per assemblea, you can modify chat settings. Limit chats to take place only during the convegno, not before or after, or turn chat off altogether.
Up sicuro 1,000 people who receive an invitation sicuro per riunione can access the congresso chat before, during, and after the incontro. The 1,000-person limit includes people who don’t join the riunione.
If you’re adding verso distribution list (DL) with more than 150 members puro a congresso invite, they’ll only be able preciso access the meeting chat during the convegno. If you want everyone onesto be able esatto access the chat before and after the convegno, expand the DL before you send the invite.
Note: If more than 20 people attend the assemblea, participants will not see the automated message informing afrointroductions them they’ve joined the chat.
If some people mediante the DL are required attendees and the rest are optional, put those required on the Required attendees line of the invite and add the entire DL onesto the Optional line.
Anonymous and external participants have chat access only while attending the convegno (except sopra channel meetings, where they will have no access puro chat).
